RENTING CONDITIONS

Deposit of 15% to 25%  is requested at reservation.

The balance to be settled at your arrival.

Guarantee : a deposit representing 20% is payable at checking in. This deposit will be reimbursed within 15 days maximum upon the departure of the tenant and after inspection of the apartment.

Each tenant should take a renting insurance.

We do not provide sheets, linen and towels. Do not forget to pack these.

 

PRICES INCLUDE

The apartment renting fee, swimming pool access  (open from May to September)

A 15 € weekly electricity rate ,which covers  normal use of the appliances and the air-conditioning. Reading of the meter will be done at arrival and at departure.

 

Availability : In 2008 reservation will be made from Sunday to Sunday so as to avoid trafic
